According to paragraph 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), website operators are obliged to provide an imprint. The only exceptions are websites that do not serve business purposes in order to make money. It should be noted that with this website nor the corresponding app Tile Territory money is earned in any form and therefore the imprint obligation does not apply.
